Sweet As A Peach Cake Smash

This little peach is turning ONE!

BEFORE your little ones first birthday, a cake smash photo session truly sets the mood and allows you to have this milestone captured and documented. Any theme, any color scheme, custom or more generic- whichever you decide, will be done with perfection!

This mama wanted a peach theme, and boy was it adorable! Such a unique theme to do for her first birthday!

We start off with some one year old portraits, because of course they are the ones to update your walls and photo albums with. Seriously, the cutest little munchkin!

I normally recommend doing some neutral themes and outfits during this, just to separate them from the rest while still being a bit cohesive.

After we've done a few outfits of the portraits, we move on to the main event...

CAKE SMASHING!

With a complete custom set + something unique for your little babe, we set them up and let them go to town on their cake!

This cutie required a spoon, because she was NOT interested in smashing with her hands LOL!

Its always about them no matter what type of session it is, so that lets them set the mood and the pace during their session to keep them as happy as a clam. or a peach :P

She smashed her cake until her heart was content, and then we move on to the cleanup..which is also AAAADORABLE!

BUBBLE BATH SPLASH!

A bubble bath splash portion of the cake smash is so important because again, a diverse gallery is best, but also... have you ever tried cleaning buttercream off of an almost one year olds entire self?!

IMPOSSIBLE!

Bath time lets them wind down and play for a bit while it makes for great photos, it also gives you the ease of taking them out, putting them in some jammies and heading home when you're done.

No messy cleanup, no crying from getting faces and hands wiped, just ease and happiness!

But seriously who could resist these little faces?! If you weren't planning on doing a cake smash session with a bubble bath splash...definitely take a few minutes to think about it because it is PERFECTION!
